Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using any assets provided by The After Dark Boutique.
╰┈➤ 1. Usage Permissions:
All assets provided by The After Dark Boutique are allowed on Free, Public, Nitro, and For Sale avatars, as long as proper credit is given. Failure to include credit may result in revoked access and email ban.
╰┈➤ 2. Discord Usage:
You must provide a valid Discord name for access to The After Dark Boutique assets. Failure to provide a valid Discord name may result in revoked access and an email ban.
╰┈➤ 3. Server Ban Policy:
Users who are banned from the Yamu Hospital, Kora's Kingdom, or Skulli's Graveyard Discord server will lose access to all assets. Banned users are prohibited from using any assets from our store.
╰┈➤ 4. Usage Limits:
There is no set limit on how many assets from our store you can use on your avatar.
╰┈➤ 5. Redistribution:
Redistribution of our assets, with or without edits, is strictly prohibited. Users are not allowed to share, sell, or distribute the assets unless on a finished avatar.
╰┈➤ 6. Modifications:
You may NOT redistribute Edits and/or Use parts of our meshes on your 'For Sale Assets'
╰┈➤ 8. Updates:
We will Update any asset and avatar as needed up until a certain point. You may need to have your own knowledge to fix some minor mistakes.
╰┈➤ 9. Termination of Access:
The After Dark Boutique reserves the right to terminate access to assets for any user who violates these terms of service.
╰┈➤ 10. Commercial Use for VTubing:
If you are using The After Dark Boutique assets for VTubing purposes, you must purchase commercial rights (where available) and link to our store in a visible location.
╰┈➤ 11. Usage in VR Social Games:
You are currently not allowed to use our assets in any other platform/game, other than VRChat.
╰┈➤ 13. Help:
You must have some Belnder knowledge. we are not responsible for you buying asset you don't know how to put together.
14. Help Cont.:
Our assets are for use in blender, You are free to re-rig them to any base you would like, however, Should you break it, we will not be responsible to fix it. (If you are adding my asset to a pre existing avatar, You will have to re rig it yourself)
╰┈➤ 15. Use of Assets in Commissions:
The After Dark Boutique assets may be used in commissions only if both the client and the artist have individually purchased the asset. Both parties must hold valid licenses for the asset to be used in commissioned work. Redistribution of the asset file to the client without proper licensing is strictly prohibited.
╰┈➤ 16. Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital goods, we are not able to give any refunds. We will happily try to fix any issues with our assets/avatars as needed.
By using assets from our store, you agree to abide by these terms. I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the respected creator on discord.
